Lucifer Canceled At FOX

FOX has canceled fan favorite, Lucifer, after three seasons.

The drama averaged a 1.4 in the demo and 5 million total viewers with seven days of DVR. That’s actually not a bad showing for the network but I’m thinking it came down to this or Gotham, which is still waiting on word for renewal. It could also be that FOX has other strong drama pilots and needs to make room.

The devil drama centered on Tom Ellis as the titular Lucifer, a fallen angel and the Lord of Hell, who worked with the LAPD to take down Earth’s criminals.
