Keri Russell Joins Cast Of Star Wars: Episode IX

We’re about to get a Felicity reunion in a galaxy far far away. Keri Russell has joined the cast of Star Wars: Episode IX, which is directed by Felicity creator, J.J. Abrams.

The actress previously worked with Abrams in Mission: Impossible III. More notably, the two worked together on Felicity, the seminal turn-of-the-century WB drama that made Russell a household name. There is no info on who Russell will be playing in the film but it’s said to be an “action-heavy role.”

Episode IX begins shooting in London this month and reunites Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, and Adam Driver, among others.
