While it has been teased that Harley Quinn would appear in Gotham eventually, a new interview with executive producer John Stevens has fans thinking this might happen sooner than later.
“We might see [her] in Episode 22,”
Stephens also said that the character would act as a “launching point” for the events of season four. Harley is one of the most beloved characters in Batman history. It has been teased that a character would debut who would eventually become Harley Quinn and may not be recognizable as Dr. Harleen Quinzel when she first appears.
