Greg Berlanti To Direct Little Shop of Horrors Reboot

Greg Berlanti is attached to direct a reboot of Little Shop of Horrors.

Little Shop of Horrors has been adapted for the big screen twice with the first time being in 1960 in a film directed by Roger Corman. It revolved around a clumsy man who raises a plant, discovers it’s carnivorous and kills to keep it fed.

Frank Oz also directed his own version in 1986, which has gone on to become a cult classic and featured an all-star cast that included Bill Murray and Rick Moranis.

Greg Berlanti hasn’t a directed a film since 2010’s Life as We Know It, but has developed the superhero slate on The CW which includes Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl, & DC’s Legends of Tomorrow.
