Though not anytime soon, Fox’s Gotham plans to feature villains, Harley Quinn and Killer Croc, in a future season. Jumping on the current Suicide Squad bandwagon and cashing in on their appeal, Gotham producer, John Stephens, mentioned the possibility of bringing the villains into the current Gotham universe at the TCAs. He elaborated that they would be there in some incarnation, stating,
“It’s sort of like you see the first version of it, and you see how it comes from [that] after-the-fact. As if you see someone who has a scientific anomaly so their skin grows in a certain way, and [you say], ‘Oh, I’m gonna take that and grow Killer Croc from that in the future.’”
