Set to debut on March 31, 2017 is director Rupert Sander’s live-action science fiction film on the classic Japanese manga, Ghost in the Shell. The film stars Scarlett Johansson as The Major, a special ops human-cyborg hybrid that leads an elite task force called Section 9. They are devoted to stopping dangerous criminals and extremists. Their latest battle is with an enemy whose goal is to wipe out advancements in cyber technology. Also starring is Pilou Asbaek, Takeshi Kitano, Juliette Binoche, and Michael Pitt.
