Friday The 13th’s Crystal Lake Memories Bonus Disc Now Available

Fans of the Friday the 13th franchise have quite the next few weeks to look forward to. In early October, Shout Factory will be releasing a mega box set with all the films and never before seen features and versions of the entries in the franchise. Along with that, fans can now watch the extensive Crystal Lake Memories available on Shudder.

Now franchise followers have new content to get their hands on. When the Cyrstal Lake Memories blu-ray was made available for pre-order years back, a 4-hour bonus disc was added. For any cinephile who has been wanting to see those extra four hours of interviews, writer/director Daniel Farrands is selling standalone copies of the bonus disc at CLMBonus.com

The disc is going for the price of $13, with free shipping within the US. The sale ends on September 28th.

The Cyrstal Lake Memories documentary has a runtime of 6 hours and 40 minutes and was

“inspired by the critically-acclaimed book and takes viewers behind the mask on an epic journey into the making of the landmark horror franchise – from its humble beginnings in 1980 at a New Jersey summer camp to the blockbuster release of its 2009 ‘reboot’. Combining hundreds of rare and never-before-seen photographs, film clips, outtakes, archival documents, conceptual art and behind-the-scenes footage, and featuring interviews with more than 150 cast and crew members spanning all twelve films and the television series, CRYSTAL LAKE MEMORIES is the ultimate tribute to one of horror’s most iconic and enduring franchises.”
