Disney CEO Hints Possible Black Panther Theme Park Attraction

With the success of Black Panther, fans of not only Marvel but Disney Parks have began to wonder if there would be a Black Panther attraction added to the theme parks. Disney CEO Bob Iger hosted and investment conference where he spoke about the possibilities of Black Panther joining the Disney Parks family. Iger stated,

“Black Panther is “an important moment in culture”

When Iger was asked if their was a ride being built, Iger responded,

“No. We haven’t had a chance to build a ride,” the exec said with a chuckle. “Though I’m sure there are people who are working on it.”

Iger also commented on Disney’s purchase of 21st Century Fox, stating that he’s confident Disney will get regulatory approval for its $52.4 billion acquisition of most of the assets of 21st Century Fox, and he will then use some of Fox’s content for the launch of Disney’s streaming service.
