Connie Britton to Stay on for Nashville‘s Full Run

In today’s appearance on The Ellen Show, Connie Britton confirmed that she’s in it for the long haul on CMT’s Nashville. Rumors had been around that she may not stay for the entire fifth season and had only committed to a limited number of episodes for the series’ 22-episode season, but Britton stated to host Ellen DeGeneres that she’s in it “for the duration.”

Nashville has not yet been renewed past its upcoming fifth season, so fans will have to wait and see what the future holds for the series.
