Fahrenheit 451 is one of the most controversial and popular books of all time. Fans have wondered have their would be a true retelling of the popular story. HBO has eased that wonder as not only has confirmation of the film already been released but HBO’s adaptation of Ray Bradbury’s classic sci-fi dystopian novel has released the first teaser trailer.
The release comes at a perfect time as the film stars Michael B. Jordan, who recently is receiving critical acclaim for his performance as Killmonger in Black Panther. Jordan plays a fireman whose job it is to burn books while Michael Shannon stars as his mentor and captain. Fahrenheit 451 will premiere on HBO in May.
