Back to the Future Cast Reunites for Josh Gad’s Retro Series Fundraiser

In the latest nostalgia fill for cinephiles, the cast of Back to the Future reunited for a video posted Monday, the second video in a series of fundraising projects spearheaded by Josh Gad, titled Reunited Apart.

During their chat, Gad spoke with stars Christopher Lloyd and Michal J. Fox, Lea Thompson, Mary Steenburgen and Elisabeth Shue. Along with members of the cast, Gad was also to bring in screenwriter Bob Gale and writer-director Bob Zemeckis. Rounding out the list is the composer of the trilogy, Alan Silvestri and rocker Huey Lewis also joined the chat.

Gadd launched his new YouTube series by reuniting the cast of the Goonies in an effort the raise funds for first responders amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
