The Avengers assembled for the new Infinity War trailer and it looks like fans were eager to watch it happen. The trailer set a record with more than 200 million views in 24 hours. This makes it the most viewed trailer ever in a single day.

After debuting Wednesday morning, the trailer earned 230 million views in its first day. That record viewership dethrones the previous champion, It, which earned 197 million views when the first trailer dropped earlier this year.

This probably bodes well for its box office potential when the film opens on May 4, 2018.
