American Gladiators Will Live Again

American Gladiators may be on its way back to the small screen!

As first reported by Deadline, a revival of the popular 90’s physical competition, which pits everyday people against famous athletes through an array of obstacle courses, is currently being shopped around by MGM.

The original producer of the show, John Ferraro, is currently involved in the projects, along with Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg who will serve as executive producers.

The original run of American Gladiators was a huge hit and ran for almost seven years from 1989 to 1996 in syndication. The show was then revived again in 2008 with Hulk Hogan and Laila Ali as hosts.
