CBS didn’t benefit from the normal NFL-assist but their lineup was relatively steady with the numbers they receive without a boost from football.
On CBS, God Friended Me (0.9, 8.23 million viewers), NCIS: Los Angeles (0.9, 8.29 million viewers), and Madam Secretary (0.6, 5.99 million viewers) all matched their episodes from last Sunday.

Bob’s Burgers (2.2, 5.33 million viewers) and Family Guy (1.8, 4.18 million viewers) followed with similarly high ratings. The NFL boost even helped the season finale of REL to a 1.1 demo score and 2.80 million viewers, making it the show’s highest-rated episode since its NFL-boosted premiere (1.9).
On The CW, this year’s Critic’s Choice Awards posted a 0.3 average with 1.51 million viewers, steady with the 2018 show.
NBC aired a special broadcast of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone while ABC aired America’s Funniest Home Videos which rose four-tenths week-to-week to a season-high 1.4 demo score and 4.37 million viewers. Shark Tank also hit a new season high, up from its previous 0.9 to a 1.1 demo score and 4.31 million viewers.
