Martin Scorsese is known as one of the greatest directors of this generation. From Taxi Driver to Goodfellas, Scorsese has provided us with classics over the years.
With his latest release, Silence, Scorsese will have his longest film to date. Silence is expected to be 3 hours and 15 minutes. The film is based on the novel by Shūsaku Endō, which tells the story of two Jesuit Catholic priests who face persecution when they travel to Japan to seek out their mentor and spread the word of Christianity.
