9-1-1 & The Voice Tie To Win Monday Night

Depending on the week, 9-1-1  or The Voice rules Monday night in the ratings but this week they settled for a tie in the 18-49 demo.

On Fox, 9-1-1 tied with The Voice for the demo win with a 1.4 demo rating and 6.30 million viewers. While that’s still a strong showing for Fox, the series did dip three tenths from last week’s performance in the demo. Prodigal Son followed and dipped a tenth from last week to a 0.8 demo score and 3.81 million viewers.

On NBC, The Voice also scored a 1.4 demo rating and 7.96 million viewers. The singing competition was down a tenth from last Monday’s airing but it did score the biggest total amount of viewers for the night. Bluff City Law followed The Voice and squandered its lead-in with a mere 0.5 demo score and 3.62 million viewers, down a tenth from last week as the series continues to slide in the demo.

On CBS, everything was steady as a rock with The Neighborhood (0.8, 5.29 million viewers), Bob Hearts Abishola (0.7, 4.87 million viewers), All Rise (0.6, 5.03 million viewers), and Bull (0.6, 5.83 million viewers) all matching their ratings from a week ago.

On The CW, All American (0.2, 690,000 viewers) and Black Lightning (0.2, 630,000 viewers) both ticked down one-tenth from their season premiere ratings last week.

On ABC, Dancing With The Stars rose a tenth week-to-week to a 0.9 demo rating and 6.61 million viewers. The Good Doctor followed and dropped a tenth week-to-week to a 0.8 demo score and 5.73 million viewers.

Monday was pretty interesting this week. 9-1-1 and The Voice were the clear winners this week as was CBS given the steady performance of its whole line-up. I’m starting to think that Bluff City Law should be very worried about its longevity as it continues to fall week-to-week.
