Reel TV Ratings: (Tuesday) – This Is Us Remains Top Tuesday Show

Tuesday ratings were pretty much business as usual with This Is Us remaining the top offering for the night.

This Is Us led primetime with a 2.6 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 9.93 million viewers, up a tenth of a point from last week. The finale of Law & Order True Crime: The Menendez Murders (0.9, 4.16 million viewers) was down a tenth week to week. It’ll be interesting to see if NBC ventures back into the anthology true crime format. The show performed ok for its timeslot but it fell significantly from its lead-in week after week.

On CBS, NCIS: New Orleans rose a tenth to a 1.1 demo rating and 9.71 million viewers. Bull (1.1, 10.34 million viewers) was down a tenth week to week while NCIS (1.5, 13.08 million viewers) was the top offering of the night for the network.

The CW lineup was up and steady week to week with The Flash hitting a 1.0 demo rating and 2.46 million viewers. It was up a tenth from last week. Legend of Tomorrow followed with steady numbers, hitting a 0.5 demo rating and 1.53 million viewers.

ABC’s lineup was fairly flat week to week, starting with The Middle (1.3, 5.64 million viewers), Fresh Off the Boat (1.1, 3.84 million viewers), Black-ish (1.1, 3.9 million viewers), The Mayor (0.7, 2.51 million viewers), and wrapping with Kevin (Probably) Saves the World (0.7, 2.62 million viewers). The latter was up a tenth week to week and remains in play for the network despite soft ratings. It’s not a huge hit by any means but has been very steady and has the good will of the critics by its side.

FOX’s slate was also on the steady end of things with Lethal Weapon (1.0, 3.89 million viewers), The Mick (0.7, 2.11 million viewers) and Brooklyn Nine-Nine (0.6, 1.65 million viewers) matching week to week numbers.

Will This Is Us continue to rule Tuesday nights? Check back next week for the Tuesday ratings recap!
