TV rating coverage is back! A lot of shows began returning yesterday after the winter hiatus and it looks like a midseason show on FOX is giving them a lift.
LA to Vegas opened with a 1.1 rating among adults 18-49 & 3.75 million viewers, the best showing in the 9 p.m. slot FOX this season with regular programming. It retained all of its lead-in from Lethal Weapon (1.1, 4.59 million viewers), which was up a tenth from its last showing before going on break. The Mick scored a 0.8 demo rating andĀ 2.29 million viewers, steady with its last performance as well.
On NBC, Chicago Med hit a season-high at a 1.5 demo rating and 6.91 million viewers. On CBS, NCIS (1.5, 13.92 million viewers) and NCIS: New Orleans (1.0, 8.95 million viewers) each rose a tenth from their last episodes. The only CBS show to see a dip was Bull which managed a 1.2 demo rating and 10.99 million viewers, down a tenth from its last episode.
On ABC, The Middle (1.5, 6.28 million viewers) and Fresh Off the Boat (1.2, 4.22 million viewers) each improved by two tenths, and Kevin (Probably) Saves the World ticked up a tenth to a 0.7 demo rating and 2.63 million viewers. Only Black-ish saw a dip on the network with a 1.1 demo score and 4.03 million viewers, down a tenth from its last episode.
