Reel TV Ratings: (Sunday) – Family Guy 300th Episode Big On FOX Due To NFL

NFL games have been known to inflate the FOX primetime lineup and Sunday night was no exception.

The primetime portion of Minnesota’s last-second win over New Orleans drew more than 34 million viewers and this resulted in a surge for the programs that aired after the game on FOX with all of them seeing season highs in the 18-49 demo. The Simpsons hit a 3.5 rating among adults 18-49 and 8.57 million viewers, Bob’s Burgers drew a 2.2 demo score and 5.10 million viewers, Family Guy’s 300th episode snagged a 1.7 demo rating and 3.94 million viewers and The Last Man on Earth ended their night with a 1.3 demo score and 3.66 million viewers.

On CBS, the season (series?) finale of Wisdom of the Crowd was even with last week’s 0.7 demo score and 5.90 million viewers. NCIS: Los Angeles (1.0, 8.98 million viewers) and Madam Secretary (0.7, 7.08 million viewers) were each up a tenth.
