Reel TV Ratings: (Monday) – ABC Leads In The 18-49 On An Up Night Across The Board

It would appear that people spent their night off on Monday watching TV because ratings were up across the board last night with ABC leading the pack.

ABC’s great night actually began with The Bachelor which led the way with a season-high 1.8 rating among adults 18-49 and 6.56 million viewers, up 0.4 vs. last week. The Good Doctor followed and did what it has done since its fall premiere and improved on its lead-in. The series scored a 1.7 demo rating and 9.26 million viewers. The show was up a tenth week to week.

CBS’ shows all improved as well: Man with a Plan (1.2, 6.65 million viewers) and Superior Donuts (1.1, 5.89 million viewers) each earned season highs, and Kevin Can Wait (1.3, 7.12 million viewers), 9JKL (1.0, 5.13 million viewers) and Scorpion (0.9, 5.56 million viewers) were up from their last outings as well.

The two-hour finale of The Gifted scored a 1.0 demo rating and 3.39 million viewers for FOX, a five-episode high for the series which was recently renewed for a second season. On NBC, The Brave bounced back from last week with a 0.7 demo score and 3.91 million viewers, up two tenths from last week,

The CW returned from its long hiatus with Supergirl scoring a 0.6 demo rating and 2.15 million viewers, up from its steady 0.5 demo score that it had been receiving since its fall premiere. Valor followed with a 0.2 demo rating and 1.04 million viewers, steady with its last performance.
