Reel Top 10: Worst Oscar Losses

Every year at the Academy Awards, there are wins that do nothing but leave those watching scratching their heads as to how did that happen. While this year, La La Land seems like the clear-cut favorite to take home the top honors, there is always a chance for a head-scratching win. With that being said, this week’s Reel Top 10 will focus on some of the worst Oscar losses in history.

These losses are ones that to this day, I truly don’t understand how they happened. Some of the best films, actors and directors are on this list of what were once thought to be Oscar shoe-ins turned out to be the ultimate WTF moments.
