Sony Pictures has unleashed the official teaser trailer for Venom, starring Tom Hardy, and it looks like one of Marvel’s best villains will finally be getting a proper representation on the big screen.

We don’t see a lot since this is a proper teaser, but it builds to us knowing that something is haunting Eddie Brock, a.k.a. Venom, and we all know what that is.

In addition to Hardy, the cast includes Michelle Williams, Riz Ahmed, Scott Haze and Reid Scott. Venom hits screens on October 5. Check out the teaser below:
