Connie Nielsen Joins TNT Limited Series One Day She’ll Darken From Patty Jenkins

We have a mini Wonder Woman reunion on our hands. After working with director Patty Jenkins on the Wonder Woman movie, actress Connie Nielsen has joined her limited series, One Day She’ll Darken, at TNT.

Written by Sam Sheridan, One Day She’ll Darken tells the story of Fauna Hodel (India Eisley) who was given away at birth. As Fauna begins to investigate the secrets to her past, she follows a sinister trail that swirls ever closer to an infamous Hollywood gynecologist, Dr. George Hodel (Jefferson Mays), a man involved in the darkest Hollywood debauchery.

Nielsen is set to play the key role of Corinna Hodel, a fading socialite beauty and an alcoholic who’s seen her family shattered along with her fortunes tossed to the winds. Corinna finds herself a keeper of secrets, but none more fearsome than those she keeps from herself.

It was announced some time ago, that Chris Pine was also starring in the project which makes this even more of a Wonder Woman reunion. Certainly sounds like an interesting project worth checking out.
