CBS has renewed Ransom for a second season. CBS handed the crime drama a 13-episode renewal. Created by David Vainola and Frank Spotnitz, Ransom stars Luke Roberts as hostage negotiator Eric Beaumont, who uses his insight into human behavior to solve the most difficult kidnap and ransom cases. Keeping calm and collected, Eric uses his powers of manipulation to take on dangerous criminals, all while he maintaining a family, friend, and life balance.
Season 2 airs early 2018.
