Bradley Cooper Was Supposed to Star in ‘A Dog’s Purpose’

A Dog’s Purpose has been in the midst of controversy over the past week. Now there is news that Bradly Cooper was set to the star in the film until he viewed an early cut of the film. However, a rep for Cooper says that isn’t accurate. Regardless of that, Cooper lucked out in not being involved in the film as it is currently full of on-set issues regarding animal cruelty.

Josh Gad signed on to lend his voice in Cooper’s place and has since commented on the issue as well, saying “I am shaken to see any animal put in a situation against its will.”
