When Bryan Singer’s next job was announced, the allegations led to intense scrutiny over the choice of Singer to direct comic book adaptation Red Sonja. Amid the continued controversy over Singer’s allegations, Millennium Films’ Red Sonja film is being put on the back burner. The studio stated
“the project is not on the slate at the moment and is not for sale at the EFM in Berlin.”
No word on if or when pre-production will begin once again on the film. It would not surprise many if Singer is replaced as director for the film.
