Wonder Woman’s Patty Jenkins Reportedly In Line For A Massive Pay Raise

Following the commercial and critical success of Wonder Woman, diretor Patty Jenkins is set to receive a substantial  pay raise for the film’s upcoming sequel.

Wonder Woman 2 is expected to film in 2018 for a 2019 release, and during last months San Diego Comic Con, DC Chief Creative Officer Geoff Johns confirmed that Jenkins was returning to direct the second film.

First reported on Deadline, Jenkins who earned between $1.5 million and $3 million on Wonder Woman, will probably get upwards of $10 million for the sequel. The comparison used was Zack Snyder who made $10 million plus a percentage of the profit on Man of Steel.

Wonder Woman will be available digitally on August 29 with a September 19 DVD and Blu-ray release.
