Versace Will Air as Next American Crime Story as Katrina Is Delayed

There’s a change in plans for American Crime Story!

After the success of the first season which chronicled the O.J Simpson trial, there was plenty of excitement as to what the following season would hold. Originally set to be titled Katrina: American Crime Story, starring Annette Bening, has now been moved to season three  will now air in late 2018, with production beginning early next year  The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story will now take the spot of season 2.

The reason for the change is because Katrina requires additional time to create special water effects needed to re-create Hurricane Katrina and its aftermath.
