Deloris Van Cartier may be back! Whoopi Goldberg has revealed to Yahoo that she would love to reprise her role as the singing nun in a third Sister Act film and she’d even direct it. She speculated that the production team might go for a younger actress but that she’s game to come back.
“I think that there will be a Sister Act 3. But I don’t know that I would be Deloris, which is okay, because it’s time for someone to do it. It’s such a fun piece that I’m hoping someone will do it. Maybe I’ll direct it…”
