Paramount Pictures and J.J. Abrams’ Bad Robot are set to release Overlord, a supernatural WWII thriller. While not many details are known, the film is rumored to be a part of the Cloverfield universe Abrams created with 2008’s Cloverfield and 2016’s 10 Cloverfield Lane.
Overlord stars Wyatt Russell and Jovan Adepo as American soldiers who drop into a Nazi-occupied village and realize they may be part of something bigger than your average military operation, including the involvement of supernatural experiments. It hits theaters on October 28, 2018.
