Kim Raver is coming back to Seattle! Raver will reprise her role as Dr. Teddy Altman on Grey’s Anatomy for its fourteenth season. Raver will have a guest arc on the show for a few episodes but will not be a series regular. The last time we saw her character was at the end of its eighth season when her friend and former flame Owen Hunt (Kevin McKidd) fired her from Grey Sloan. She left to pursue her dream as chief of an Army Medical Command.
This last season of Grey’s mentions Teddy hinting to fans that Raver could be making a return to the long-running ABC drama. The 13th season ended with Owen and Amelia setting out to bring Megan home (they found out she’s alive thanks to Teddy), so it’s safe to say there will be plenty of drama next season.
Grey’s Anatomy will return in late September.
