HBO has greenlit a film that will focus on the making of Francis Ford Coppola’s The Godfather. According to Variety, it’s set to show the story of “Coppola joining the project to the casting of Al Pacino and Marlon Brando to dealings with the real-life New York mafia.”
No official casting details have been announced.
