King Arthur: Legend of the Sword is an upcoming epic adventure film directed by Guy Ritchie and starring Charlie Hunnam as King Arthur. It tells the story of a young Arthur unaware of his lineage until he draws the sword Excalibur from the stone. Confronted by the sword’s influence, Arthur is forced to learn to master the sword and unite his people against the tyrant Vortigern, who is responsible for murdering his parents.
