Netflix has released the first trailer for their upcoming women’s wrestling original series Glow. It tells the story of Ruth Wilder (Alison Brie), who is an out-of-work, struggling actress in 1980’s Los Angeles who finds one last chance for stardom when she auditions for a spot with the upstart wrestling promotion Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling. Ruth competes with Debbie Eagan (Betty Gilpin) a former soap actress, and boss Sam Sylvia (Marc Maron), is a B-movie director.
