Charlize Theron Turned Down a Wonder Woman Role

While Wonder Woman has taken the world by storm over the last 2 months and delivered the most acclaimed DCEU film, it’s been revealed that at one point it could have featured the talented Charlize Theron in a very important role in the film.

Theron recently appeared on the Howard Stern Show, where he asked about her part in Wonder Woman. Theron wasn’t in the film, but thanks to this mistake, she revealed that she at one point was considered for  Robin Wright’s role as General Antiope.

“No, I’m not in Wonder Woman,” revealing that Jenkins did ask. “We’re friends. I think the world of her. We have a mutual respect for each other. She did come to me, and at the time I was either working on something or I don’t know. There was a reason I couldn’t do it.”

While it worked out for all in the end, and it would be interesting to see how Theron would have done in the role.
